The project team members and the participants of the second course  “Celebrating the Harvest – Food Preservation Techniques and the Traditions of Harvest Feasts” organized the Restaurant Day on the 18th October,  the last day of the course.

It was the first time Pakruojis Education Centre has organized the food carnival and realized an idea to set up a restaurant for a few hours  in Pakruojis town. The citizens of the town were invited to  enjoy a very delicious vegetable soup, baked potatoes, pancakes with apples and green tea served by the project learners.

The knowledge and  experience  partners from Finland and Hungary shared with us has turned  into an open, full of fun and inspiring  event for our local people and district community.
