Food Preservation Course for a group of project learners. The learners were asked to share  a recipe or tell about a harvesting tradition.  They made aronia jam, rowanberry-apple jam and sauerkraut on the 8th of November.

The course participants also  talked about drying as one of the techniques for preserving food and  Kekri (the Finnish Halloween).
